The Philosophy
A complex of over 170 Canadian houses with the regional architecture and local lifestyle reimagined. It allowed each house to have a considerable view depth.
The idea of the project was to design each house according to the typical organization of the Canadian houses. The organization of the project is based on three sectional ribbons which control the private and semi-private spaces and create different and various neighborhood spaces allowing the houses to have considerable view depths.
The Menoke masterplan project is located in a beach city near Toronto, Canada.
