Sakousar Villa

Sakousar, a village between the sea and mountains, rises from the ground to perch upon platforms, naturally integrating with its picturesque surroundings.

The Sakousar villa community is nestled in the foothills of the Noshahr mountains. The project site’s gentle slope extends from the mountains to the coast, presenting delightful views of the forested peaks within its boundaries.

A main boulevard runs parallel to both the shoreline and the mountain ridge along the center of the site and is flanked by upper and lower houses on either side. Facing the green mountains to the North, each house boasts courtyards that merge with the expansive landscape, providing a verdant backdrop for both the upper and lower residences.

To harmonize with the sloped terrain, the houses are positioned on terraces ascending from the ground. These dwellings, featuring sloping and elongated roofs, are called Sakousar, reflecting their elevated position above a platform.

Comprising 14 residences, each occupying approximately 2000 square meters of land, within a vast 4-hectare development site, the villas offer luminous open-plan interiors, generous terraces, and expansive rooftop gardens. Furthermore, a communal area is envisioned at the neighborhood’s entrance axis, offering residents shared recreational spaces, a café, and a playground.
